The major proposals include a request for US$ 265 million "to enhance Pakistan’s efforts to increase stability in its western border region and ensure overall stability within its own borders” as well as "its ability to conduct counterinsurgency and counterterrorism operations”, and $ 400 million for economic support for Pakistan focusing mainly on areas such as energy; economic growth and agriculture; stabilization of areas vulnerable to violent extremism; education; and health.

मुख्य प्रस्तावों में "पाकिस्तान के पश्चिमी सीमा क्षेत्र में स्थिरता बढ़ाने तथा अपनी सीमाओं की संपूर्ण स्थिरता सुनिश्चित करने के प्रयासों को बढ़ाने” और साथ ही उग्रवाद तथा आतंकवाद विरोधी कार्रवाई की उनकी क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए 265 मिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर और ऊर्जा; आर्थिक विकास एवं कृषि; आक्रामक उग्रवाद से प्रभावित अतिसंवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की स्थिरता; शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य जैसे क्षेत्रों पर मुख्य रूप से ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए पाकिस्तान को 400 मिलियन डॉलर की सहायता का अनुरोध शामिल है।
